LOW-SUGAR BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

All of us knows from our Instagram feed, that smoothie bowls are one of the biggest breakfast trends out there—and for good reason! Healthy, tasty and enjoyable!
 
INGREDIENTS

 

  • 3 tbsp (15 g) unsweetened shredded coconut 

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (coconut water or plant-milk of choice)

  • 2 tbsp  Protein in Vanilla

  • 1/2 cup (50 g) granola

  • 1/2 cup (75 g) frozen blueberries

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add the coconut and liquid to a blender and blend on high for about a minute.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until thick and creamy. Don’t over-mix or let run too long as the heat from the blender will melt it.

  3. Scoop the mixture into a bowl, add your favourite toppings and enjoy with a spoon!
