Metabolism Boosting Smoothie

Green smoothies contains all the edible parts of the plant and they are healthier than fruit or vegetable juices. When you drink juices of fruit or vegetables, the fiber portion of the plant is removed. Green smoothies also contain a large amount of water, which helps to boost your metabolism.

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange peeled

  • 5 strawberries

  • 1 cup raw spinach

  • 1 cup almond milk

Green smoothie recipes are really easy to make.

Directions:

Step 1 – add all ingredients to blender

Step 2 – blend until smooth

If you like your green smoothie colder freeze the fruit, or buy frozen fruit or add 1/2 a cup of ice.
